It covers labour standards, health and safety, environmental practice and business ethics, and supports our commitment to responsible operations across the business.
GLOBALG.A.P. — Good Agricultural Practice
GLOBALG.A.P. is a widely recognised standard for good agricultural practice, helping producers demonstrate responsible farming to retailers, importers and other buyers. It addresses food safety, traceability, environmental sustainability, worker health and safety, and responsible farm management. Our commitment to good agricultural practice helps ensure our fresh produce is cultivated and managed to internationally recognised requirements.

GRASP — Social practice on the farm
GRASP (GLOBALG.A.P. Risk Assessment on Social Practice) is a voluntary add-on module to GLOBALG.A.P. that focuses on social practice at farm level: workers' health and safety, welfare, employment conditions and social responsibility. It complements the agricultural standard by placing additional focus on the people working throughout the farming operation.
